FAQ ANY QUESTIONS?Yes. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to complete the online check-in. This process is legally required to register all guests. You will also be asked to pay the security deposit and provide any additional necessary information before arrival.
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
After this period, a penalty of 100% of the amount paid will apply. We recommend reviewing all terms at the time of booking and, if you wish, purchasing travel insurance that covers unexpected cancellations.
For reservations made less than 14 days in advance, you will have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel free of charge. After that, no refund will be issued.
Yes. A €250 security deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
This amount will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days after checkout, provided there are no damages, losses, or rule violations.

You may request early check-in or late check-out, always subject to availability and a possible additional fee.
Yes. The final cleaning fee is included in the total booking price and is not optional. It ensures the accommodation is delivered in perfect condition.
Additional services, such as mid-stay cleaning or extra linen and towel changes, are available upon request for an additional charge.
Most of our accommodations are equipped with automated access systems, such as key lockboxes or smart locks. On the day of your arrival, you will receive detailed and personalized instructions to access the accommodation.
All accommodations include:

- • Water and electricity usage
- • Final cleaning service
Extras such as baby cribs, high chairs, or special services (e.g., extra cleaning or extended checkout) can be booked separately.

The general conduct rules for guests are:
- • It is strictly forbidden to host third parties not included in the reservation.
- • No parties or unregistered visits are allowed.
- • Respect quiet hours (from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.).
- • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
- • Use the property responsibly.
- • Pets are not allowed.
- • Leave the property in a reasonable condition (no trash or damage).
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the loss of the security deposit and/or early termination of the stay without refund.
